Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Buildyr AI. This policy describes when and how you can request a refund for a paid subscription purchased through Lemon Squeezy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial charge. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
• Your account must not have exceeded reasonable usage limits during the period.
• The request must be for an initial subscription purchase, not a renewal.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Renewal charges (monthly or annual) after the first billing cycle.
• Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
• Requests submitted more than 14 days after the charge date.
• Add-on purchases or one-time fees, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@buildyr.aiwith the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the date of purchase. We will process eligible refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access continues through the end of the paid period. To request a refund in addition to cancelling, follow the process above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Material changes will be communicated by email.
